Who we are
Prudential Property Management ("we") operates Mailroom, a private email application used only by our own staff to read, organize and draft email in Google accounts that we own.
This website
This website sets no cookies and has no forms. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify visitors. Our fonts are served from this site. Links to the tenant portal and to broker listings take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
What Mailroom accesses
With the account owner's consent, Mailroom uses the Gmail API to read messages and attachments, manage labels, and create drafts in the signed-in Google account. It does not access any account whose owner has not signed in and granted permission.
How the data is used and stored
Mail data is used only to show, organize and draft the account owner's own email. Mail data is stored on our own computer and is not uploaded to any other server. Access credentials are stored encrypted on that computer.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Mailroom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
An account owner can revoke Mailroom's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request, we delete the stored copy of that account's data.
